In the unlikely event that I am not able to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund. If there is an error in the fulfilment of your order then please contact me and I will correct the error or refund as necessary. I reserve the right to request return of any print(s) before a refund will be issued.
Turnaround Times
All size prints are produced by a professional fine art printer who, under normal conditions, has a turn around of 2 to 3 working days. I will email you once the prints have been dispatched.
Delivery
A post and packing charge applies to each print. Royal Mail first class post is used for UK addresses, International orders are shipped via air mail.
Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail or their local equivilent in other countries. Please wait for up to 20 working days from ordering for the delivery of your print, although usually you should receive it within 5-10 working days.
Colour Matching
Please note that due to variations in monitors and whether or not they are calibrated, the print you receive may not match exactly the image you see on screen. Rest assured however that each print is inspected by myself and the printer and will accurately match how I intended it to look.

All images are protected by the United Kingdom's Designs and Patent Act 1988 and international copyright laws. None of these images may be used without the written permission of Benjamin Mercer to include copying, duplicating, publishing (including electronically or on a website), reproducing, storing in a retrieval system or transmitting by any means whatsoever. Buying a print conveys only the right to display the print as supplied. It does not convey any right to reproduce, copy or publish the image in any form at any time for any purpose.
Print Sizes
Please note that the A sizes, (A2, A3 & A4), are presented only a rough guide. Due to the ratio of the camera sensor and any cropping the final print will be slightly smaller.
